Czech project

Construction of buildings of this project was started in 1970s.
The buildings of this series are 5,7 or 9 storeys high,  built from bricks, but partition walls and covering are made of ferroconcrete panels.

Czech Project has atypical apartaments, mostly in all apartaments is loggia and  quite spacios kitchen.

All rooms in apartaments of this Project, ar isolated, none apartment have communicating rooms, if only it isn’t rebuild.
This Project is treat as fairlu prestige and expensive.
Buildings of this Project mostly are located in Purvciems, Plavnieki, Imanta, Ziepniekkalns, Kengarags, Ilguciems.

Pros:

• A comfortable layout; 
• All rooms are isolated; 
• The flat can be rebuild;
• Spacios kitchen; 
• One bedroom and two bedroom apartaments have separated toilet facilities.

 Cons:

• Apartments are expensive.
