Saulkrastu Nams

The „Saulkrastu nams” project is a new modern residential house with very comfortable ergonomic apartments: bright and spacious apartments with convenient location and a possibility for alterations, thus giving the buyers an opportunity to materialize their individual vision of living space.

There are 58 apartments in the house, with the total area from 38 to 197 m2.

Magnificent sandy beach, beautiful coastal dunes and a pine forest make it one of the most attractive nature s places on the seashore of Latvia.

Silence is the characteristic trait of Saulkrasti. For people, who find Jūrmala too noisy and crowded, Saulkrasti is the best alternative - both for permanent place of residence and for calm and secluded summer rest in the healthful climate of the seashore.

The White Dune and the Sunset Path

The White Dune is one of the most beautiful coastal dunes in Latvia, with the view to the Vīdzeme seashore being no less beautiful. The Sunset Path (length: 3.6 km) has been created for walking on foot from the White Dune along the seashore. On the way one can relax and enjoy the beautiful sights of the sea.
