„Olive” is situated at the intersection of Pernavas and J.Asara streets in Riga.
The surroundings of the building is described by the adjacent 10.5 hectare Grizinkalns Park.
Also one of the Rigas historical and still significant sports and cultural building „Daugavas” stadium is located nearby the building.
„Olive” can be reached very easy from the Riga Business District, and the equally convenient access is provided for all the Daugava crossings in Riga.

In the flats (commercial premises) it is envisaged to provide the premises heating system, by means of using the heating radiators Purmo VKO with the lower part connection of the 33 type, in order the radiators would be more compact. The lower part connection of the radiators reduces till the minimum the number of the visible pipes and improves the esthetical outlook.
In the bathrooms and toilet rooms the warm floors DEVI are envisaged with the electrical heating, as well as the electrical towel drying equipments are foreseen (in the flats).
Ventilation
The ventilation in the flats (commercial promises) is being organized with the help of the supply and outflow models, as well as through the window openings. The supply models react to the level of the air humidity in the premises and let in such amount of the fresh air, which is necessary. The supply models are built-in in the dwelling rooms. The place for the montage is envisaged in the frames of the windows or in the external walls. The permeability of one model is from 5 to 40 m3/h. The openings are necessary under the doors, in order the air could circulate also after the door have been closed. The outflow of the air is organized from the bath rooms and the toilet rooms with the help of the central air outflow models. In the kitchens the reek draining equipments are envisaged, which are attached to the separate sucking air pipe.

The project of the security signalization is fulfilled, in order to provide the opportunity for the security of the centralized flat premises. In the reception premise the central panel and the keyboard is being installed. In each of the property the movement sensors are set up, in the case of the alert the signal is being transferred to the security company

TV, Internet – in each flat the switch-boards and sockets are put in, the possible TV and Internet service provider has to connect (cut in) in the separate low intensity current allocation premise in the basement floor.
In each property the fire security signalization with the sensors is installed, in the case of the emergency the signal is being transferred to the firefighters.
Olive apartments description
In the building there are altogether 48 apartments with the following dimensions:
12 studio type (one-room) apartments, areas 31 – 61 m2
9 two-room apartments, areas 48 – 80 m2
27 three-room apartments, areas 74 – 108 m2
All the Olive apartments are prepared for the clients in the level of the total interior works with the high quality oak-tree parquet floors, with the carefully chosen and qualitative plumbing, as well as with the fresh wall painting or the flagging in the sanitary units.
