Stalin time period building

First buildings in this series were built during the term of ruling by J. Stalin, from 1945 until ca. late 1950s/early 1960s, whence they are so called. The height of these buildings varies from 2 to 6 storeys, built form bricks, outer walls are daub plastered and coloured.

These buildings have high ceiling, wide and isolated or either communicating rooms.
Buildings of Stalin project are very demand on the market, because of  comparatively good construction quality. That why apartments of this buildings have comparatively high avarage market price.

Plusi:

• High ceiling;
• The flat can be rebuilt; 
• Good heat and sound isolation;
• Spacios rooms.

Mīnusi:

• Have not balcony and loggia;
• Apartments are expensive.
