The compound is located in Jaundubulti - a quiet region of Jūrmala.

The distance to the seashore is 300 meters. There are private residential houses around the site. Within a few meters of the site there is a beginning of a pine forest.

Construction of multi-storey houses on the plots surrounding the compound is prohibited.

The distance to the Riga airport is 18 kilometers. The distance to the center of Riga is 26 kilometers.

Moscow and Saint-Petersburg can be reached by plane in one and a half hours.

The city infrastructure is well developed in the area of the residential compound, shops, cafes and restaurants, a bank, a pharmacy etc. are situated not far away.

Architecture:

The residential compound is located as district housing, with a large facilitated patio. It consists of two three-storeyed residential buildings with an attic floor. Each building is separated into three sections with an entry point. There is an underground parking in the basement floor.

There is a balcony or a terrace in each apartment. High and wide floor-to-ceiling show windows fill the interior premises with sunlight, make them spacious and bright, as well as create an impression of blending with nature, which is beautiful during all seasons.

The building facades with contemporary design, large glazed surfaces and suspended facades grant lightness to all compound, as well as create their own distinctive style.

The foundation is monolithic reinforced concrete slab;

The entry points and the entrance to the compound are connected through cube-paved lanes, with benches placed along these lanes.

Apartments:

At the buyer s option, the apartments are provided with white finish or with full finish.

The ceiling height in the apartments is 3.20 m.

In each apartment with white finish:

the internal partition walls are installed, all walls are leveled, puttied and primed – that is, fully prepared for painting or wallpaper hanging;

ceilings are leveled, puttied and primed - prepared for painting;

Public use areas:

There are six entry points with noiseless elevators in the residential compound. The main entrance to the compound, where there is a big hall and the premises for security, is situated in the first block.

The basement floor contains storage rooms for belongings - such rooms are created for each apartment. Besides, there are utility rooms and a gas boiler-room.

Underground parking

The area of the underground parking is designed for 82 cars. The parking lots are demarcated and numbered. The special marking indicates the driving directions inside the parking.

The access ramp for entering the parking is equipped with electric heating.

The entry to the parking is envisaged from Raznas Street.

The rooms for storing personal belongings of the inhabitants are located in the underground parking. The storage rooms are numbered and equipped with lockable doors.

Security:

The residential compound and the surrounding territory are equipped with video surveillance cameras. The compound residents can gain access inside the territory only with the help of special devices (chip cards, remote control keychains); in other cases, visitor identification will take place.

There is a security guard on duty in the compound on a 24-hour basis. In addition, the residential compound is connected to the console of the security company, which guarantees an emergency departure to the site, right after the emergency signal has been received.

The basement floor and the public use areas of the compound are equipped with fire alarm (sprinkler system with a warning siren and a signal to the console of the security company), as well as with smoke extraction system.

Each apartment has security alarm and fire alarm installed, with an output to the console of the security.

There is an anti-lightning defense, an earthing system and over-voltage protection.
